Optima DS provides solutions to sawcut and drill in most construction materials including reinforced and mass concrete, asphalt, brickwork and masonry to:
- Form holes 10mm – 1000mm Ø for a multitude of applications, including Pipe and Pile Access, Anchors, Material Sampling, Stitch Drilled Openings, Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) & Fence Posts, Hand Rails.
- Produce Openings for Doorways, Staircases, Windows, Escalators, Lift Shafts. Large Pipes, Machinery Access, New Foundations.
- Form Break lines, to delineate extent of breakout in slabs and roads for duct trenches, kerb lines, manholes, foundations.
- Form Isolation cuts to form a breakline in structural components (bridges, chimneys, foundations) demolition activities.
- Carry out specialist demolition of adopting a cut and lift philosophy.
